Situated in the northeastern part of Thailand, about 680 km from Bangkok,

who strong supported the club in every possible way.
On 9 March 1998 Archbishop Lawrence Khai Saenpol-on, Archbishop of
Tharae-Nongsaeng, gave his approval for the Club to apply to Serra
International for the Charter. The Serra International Board of Trustees
approved and chartered the Club on 30 May 1998, Feast of St Joan of Arc.
And Tharae became Club No. 906 and the 11th club in Thailand. Raymond P.
